JOSA Alumni Network Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the JOSA Alumni Network ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is exclusively available to:

• Graduates of Jeressar High School
• Current faculty/staff of Jeressar High School
• Officially invited guests (at the discretion of JOSA Leadership)

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not share content that is unlawful, defamatory, or violates others' privacy
• Not use the Platform for commercial solicitation without permission

7. Alumni Directory

The alumni directory is provided for legitimate networking purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use contact information for unsolicited commercial messages
• Harvest data for any purpose not directly related to alumni networking
• Share directory information with third parties without consent

8. Event Participation

When attending JOSA-organized events, you agree to:

• Follow all event-specific rules and codes of conduct
• Respect venue policies and other attendees
• Be responsible for your own safety and belongings

9. Termination of Access

JOSA Alumni Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
• Compromise the security or integrity of the Platform
